The Ref was right there ready to stop it when Chris "the spritzer" leben was saved by the horn.

I don't blame him for quitting. He got KO'd and he was the only one who knew it. Am I bad for wanting him to get beat up some more?

Heart rules over head for me, i would much rather see a fighter go out on his shield. I think Leben would of kept going 3 years ago he was know as a guy who would become dangerous when he got tagged and entered "zombie mode" . When he said "Im done" to my ears it did not sound like he was just talking about this fight, sounded more like he was calling it a career right there.

Steve didn't do anything wrong this fight. Sorry but I don't agree with you at all. Myself, I'm happy Chris knew when to stop. Who am I to say he should have gone back out knowing he was hurt and become punch drunk for us fans? He definitely entertained me enough over the years.

I'm OK with this.

Leben bowing out like that was just another form of intelligently defending oneself. There's something to be said for "going out on your shield" but there's also something to be said for not having scrambled eggs for brains by the time you're 50.

Heh, i don't think this one fight will make much of a difference for Chris after the career he has had.
