Are you joking? Soccer has had tons of stabbings, maybe not so much during a match, but directly after.

True, but compare the amount of Football games (soccer) that take part every week to the amount of UFC events. The percentages of people stabbed at football games is probably under 0.1%...

The biggest issue with this is it actually happened at the live event, in the audience. It didn't take place in a stadium parking lot or an alley etc...

Your right, they just don't stab each other... They also decapitate. At the moment, considering that no one has ever been "be-headed" at a Football game or UFC fight, imma go on a limb and say soccer fans taking the icing on the cake as the "craziest" fans. Read this article:

I'm talking about professional stuff , and btw thats an isolated incident !! that was an amateur game , not even on a proper field ...

Yea there are stabings , but like killz said are very very rare , they ussualy beat the crap out of eachother that was my point ... but that all happends before or after the game mostly , and I was talking about security inside the arena !! none can control what happends on the streets ...

Every major event I've been to in the US, I have been patted down as I entered. It's not really that difficult to slide a knife in your boot though.

If you want to get a weapon into a stadium, you will.
