The closest I can think of would be Champion vs Champion BJ Penn vs GSP 2. Besides that maybe the Pride-UFC unification bouts with Hendo vs Spider and Rampage.
But none of those had the casual fan interest to be a real "super fight". The UFC has failed to capitalize on the major super fights before the peak windows closed.
Even though I say that and I made this thread, I'm not really a fan of the "super fight" in general. It's just a question that came to mind over the weekend.

You are all forgetting that almost every Brock PPV was over 1 million PPVs. A fight with Fedor would have brought in over 1.5-2 Million. Especially when Fedor was still undefeated. GSP vs Silva would be #2 with 1.3-1.6 Million most likely and then Silva vs Jones would probably be 1.1-1.3 Million.

1. Much less than #2
2. Could have sold over 2 million I think
3. Under a million
4. I've no idea, more than #2 I guess.

Maybe so, but that was well after the GSP-Anderson hype had peaked. Jones wasn't an option back then.
