They can say whatever and the UFC isn't going to let them walk to Bellator. Why does Nick only ask for title fight? Because he can. Because Dana wants him in the fold. UFC doesn't want the public to know all the details are in contracts and what not. So Nate isn't going to go behind closed doors. Nate is putting them on blast for everyone to see/get involved in.
Diaz bros are much smarter than people realize. He is using social media to its full potential. Of course Dana isn't cutting Nate away. Nate probably doesn't even really want out. He is stirring the pot and seeing if he can score some of the meat that has gathered on the bottom.
I thought about that but that does not make all that much sense. He can first call Dana and talk about wanting to leave and then if wants he can still put out on twitter whatever he wants or even better do an interview. To start out on twitter asking out of his contract is simply just wanting attention and remain in the headlines. It does not make his hand any stronger. If anything Dana would probably just get annoyed and tell him to ******* leave if Nate was trying to threaten by letting him know "i can put everything out there". Dana dont give a ****. We already know fighters get paid shit. This aint no secret.
