Exclamation Brazilian commission follows Nevada and bans TRT exemptions

Google translate:

Quote:
Decision, however, does not affect Dan Henderson, who fight next March 23 in Natal and requested exemption for use of treatment before decision.

We've been discussing this already here in the Brazilian athletic commission some time ago, is not today, and how we use the athletic commission of Nevada as our mirror, we decided to also make the same decision here in Brazil and not release the use of TRT for any athlete - Tannure said.

I agree, Brazil following NSAC is own thread worthy. This is big news. I'm glad it has happened.

Glad this is finally happening. However I am due to do a 50 minute presentation next week on whether or not TRT should be allowed in MMA, and now all of my powerpoint slides are essentially invalid haha.

Lucky the people I am presenting to have no idea about MMA!

This is what I get for jumping on the feel good comeback, old school fighter doing work story that is (was) Vitor Belfort's resurgence.

Add this info to your report. if you were against, mention it in your presentation the way you were going to do it before this news. Then conclude your report/presentation with this news saying MMA is not allowing it's use anymore.

But this is great news!!!! I don't ever want to her shit about TRT and want to see how all the fighters compete against each other when they're off it.
