I could see Roy catching him, but I could also see Big Nog grinding him out.

Both guys could really use this win.

This main event to me is really low on the totem poll in the grand scheme of HW things.

I like MMA less because of this forum

It is but I am still looking forward to it. Going to see if Nog can outbox Roy without getting caught. Or if he tries to take a grappling approach.

THis is the one fight I didn't want to see Nog in. Just doesn't set up well. Roy is a legit black belt that can defend subs. He has a granite chin. And his haymakers is bound to land on a deteriorating chin. And he isn't that highly ranked where you can say well Nog was just beat by a top guy.

I think Nog will have to try and Mir him a bit. Be hard to sub ROy unless Nog can really wear him out. Nog is defiantly the "better boxer". But he tends to get hit a bit. You can't get hit by Roy Nelson.

I just don't see how Nog wins this, unless Roy gasses hard in the later rounds and Nog somehow doesn't.

Don't see how Big Nog wins? Come on, Guys. It's Big Nog we are talking about. Big Nog has an entire arsenal, while Roy has only THA BOMB to grant him a win, so, how come you have no idea how Big Nog could win this?

He is the better boxer, he is the better grappler, has the better conditioning and he has more experience. Roy chances resume on that big punch connecting. As always.

Big Nog has slowed down considerably since his best days.

His grappling isn't that much better than Roy's so that he'd catch him with something, and Roy is the better wrestler. Since Roy also is bigger he could lean on Nog and tire him out.

Nog is technically the better boxer, but his chin isn't what it used to be and Roy's chin is granite.. Nog never was a one punch knock out artist anyway.
