Heard good things about "Winter Soldier."

Always wanted to learn how to throw the superman punch so I practiced it over and over. Then included it into a wicked combo. I tried out a technique in sparring and worked like a beauty. Basically the way you start it is almost the way you throw a leg kick when you're recoiling. SO, I threw leg kicks to set it up THEN I threw the superman punch going through the same exact motion and completely caught the person off guard. Plan to perfection. I've always liked the way he throws the superman punch with such speed then he finishes it off with a leg kick. That's his trademark.

But nothing beats Alan Belcher's wonky superman punch against Akiyama I think. Where he bounces off the fence.

Debatable . Aldo's I think was more powerful as Edgar backed a couple of steps while Akyiama barely moved (I am aware Sexyama is a tank, though). Aldo went higher from the ground too and he jumped in the air before pushing the fence away (in the air, super cool), while Belcher had his foot on the fence while on the ground. Both awesome moves, indeed, but my vote goes to Aldo.

I couldn't find a bigger one from Belcher's, though.

Haha...thanks for posting up the gifs. That gave me a laugh. Read the rep.

I love it when I see unorthodox moves in the Octagon.

Anybody ever want to be Captain America. I don't know anybody who's ever said their hero was CA. I'd have to go with Batman and The Hulk. Nobody messes with the Green Monster. The Ed Norton version was the best imo.

Captain America has always been a bland character in my opinion. Also the first Captain America movie wasn't as good as it could have been, but I did enjoy his performance in The Avengers. Doubt this new Captain America movie will be any good.

You can't judge films from the critics reviews or even imdb. You really just have to go watch a film with a blank mind and decide for yourself how good it is.

The avengers is really highly rated on RT and imdb, but I personally think the film is cringe worthy bad.

I enjoyed it, it will have it's detractors the film is Lord of The Rings like in the sense that it's a long film with many characters telling an epic but predictable story.

MMA gets named checked quite a bit in the film which made me chuckle.
