I think Diego is playing into the perception these days more than anything.

He's lucky to have a job because he is on a 1-7 streak looking terrible for years. If they employed guys based on skill he'd of been gone already.

I like MMA less because of this forum

I've been saying the game and his head have passed him by for years now. With each loss it seems like more and more people are letting go of the dream and coming in touch with reality.

He looks like Leonard Garcia out there.

People will laugh at this and poke fun at him but how do you expect any fighter in the UFC to respond in an interview when asked about the division and the champion.

Would you prefer it if he said "I lose to Pettis every single time, I have no chance of beating him". WTF do you expect him to say? What if you were a fighter on the roster and you were asked about the champion, would you too say that you weren't confident you could beat the champ, or would you stamp your authority and be confident that you could?

Always makes me laugh at the pure arrogance of people when they laugh and stick their nose up at fighters for saying they can beat the champ when they're asked about it in an interview.

Does it look likely that Sanchez could beat Pettis from a fans perspective? Obviously not, but sticking your nose up at a fighters attitude and confidence for believing he can is just arrogant.

Your stance on animal rights today is a reflection of your stance regarding slavery in the past.

Lighten up bro. We're just having some fun. If we can't poke a bit of fun at a fighter, this place would suck.
