Like this one. The one the kissing the canvas, of course.

Anyway, I expect the lack of TRT to claim fighters who make use of it from now on, including Hendo, Sonnen or even Vitor, if they cannot adapt to the new rules.

Of that list both Vaughn Lee and Tom Watson have just resigned with 4 fight deals with the UFC, so they won't be gone this year

That doesn't mean anything other then the UFC isn't ready to cut them yet and their old contracts expired.

If Tom loses another fight or at most two he is for sure going to be cut, the UFC doesn't keep any mediocre fighters after losing 3-4 fights.

Vaughn Lee will probably still be around though.

Sonnen has a nearly guaranteed win coming his way if Wandy ever decides to fight...

Because I love him so much, I hope Shogun hangs them up this year. I can't stand to see him get his butt whooped anymore.

Nog, Mir, Franklin, all good choices to hang it up. I think Anderson will announce an official retirement as well.

And once Chael puts a beating on Wandy I hope he retires too. He's one of my all time favs but Chael is just an awful match up for him.

P.S. Call me crazy but I think BJ has a fair chance of beating Edgar, so hopefully win or lose he decides to fight another year or two.

Hum. Lets say he wins, and you know you are not the only one saying this is a really easy fight to call, so... Sonnen winning over Wand still puts him in the described profile "an old fighter putting a lame (LNP) fight just for the money", isn't it?

And if he loses... well...

Yeah he is getting there. Still has a bit to go to really get up there with most of the guys I listed though. I would have preferred most of those fighters retired a couple years ago...

I am really curious to see him and Hendo fighting out of TRT. Personally I think DC will just smash Hendo and will be ridiculously easy. IDK, Hendo was gassing badly on TRT, imagine without it.

Rich Franklins already gone to be some kind of president for ONEFC. And my question for 420atalon is when do any of those "old guys" you listed put on lame fights? Shogun v Hendo 1 and 2 were both amazing. Wandy, Penn, Nog, and Mir, none of those are lay and pray guys. Whether they cant still compete with the top is debatable, but those guys always fight hard for the finish.
