It's understandable. I'm probably still clinging to something that is never going to happen. Frank is just way too flakey nowadays.

Kang would be a good pick, but he's too unreliable due to injuries. I swear, Kang's bones are made out of peanut brittle.

Lindland's another good pick. Watched his fight with Newton not too long ago, and man, he dominated him. Probably the most I've ever seen anyone dominate Carlos. Seems like Lindland wants to fight HW nowadays.

Lawler I'd like to see, but he's unrealiable, too.

Trigg & Ninja would make a solid division even more solid-y.

How is Lawler unreliable?

Unreliable as in he won't show up 100% to fights or he won't take fights?

Fighters to watch
John Salter
Chris 'The Chronic' Conolley
Marcus 'The Bruiser' Brimage
Adrian 'Guard Yo Grill' Miles
Andy Roberts

Unreliable in that he keeps getting injured before a fight.

He is injury prone, there was a show recently postponed because he had suffered a shoulder injury. And reading up on Kang he torn a bicep in a WWGP with Pride a little while ago.

You mean the one from IFL right? Yeah that was total domination from Lindland, I had never seen him fight and was like holly shit he is just smoothering Carlos.

Yep, that's the one. I recommend his fights with Rampage (WFA), Lutter (UFC 52), Doerksen (UFC 54), and Jeremy Horn (IFL).

Yeah, I didn't even bother mentioning Frank at first, just because I figured the idea in UFC again is so farfetched. I'd love to see it, because like him or not, a motivated Frank Shamrock could still be a title contender. I suppose his fight with Baroni will show just what he has these days.
Baroni I left out, too, because the jury's still out with me as far as he's concerned. He's put together a couple of highlight reel KOs, but then some totally shit fights. Submitting Nishijima doesn't impress me one bit, because Nish is a great striker but useless at defending subs. If Baroni can beat Shamrock, then I'll start taking him more seriously.
I suppose Henderson might be able to convince Dana to get Lindland back, but would he really want to, since Matt would be one of his top threats in UFC?
Dammit, I think Hendo's awesome, but it's almost a shame that he has both belts. Aside from the signing of Fedor, it's the biggest obstacle in the way of a real Superbowl card. I guess they're hoping Rampage beats him, to simplify things.

1. DENIS KANG (love that guy)
2. Filho should not be in the WEC, the UFC needs him.
3. Lindland - I don't care for him, but he's a great fighter.

Murilo Ninja (his MW right? ), Hell even Baroni and Horn wouldn't be too bad to have.

And it's a damn shame Dave Terrell wants to return to the UFC and fight at LHW, he's a great fighter as well.
Silva has already beat Horn. I think Shamrock or Lindlan has the best chance out these guys to beat Silva

Feelings ... What are those?
Neg. rep me all you want, not leavin' your name, thats a b***h move.

Well...ahem...work was brutal today and I forgot what day of the week it was until after I posted that.
But from what I've read, Baroni actually looked pretty good.

Yes I know...what's your point?

The question was what MW fighters that aren't in the UFC could help make the division deeper. Not, "Who can beat Anderson Silva".

The guys I listed are talented fighters who could realy help boost the level of talent in the UFC MW division.
