Don't recall this happening.

Round 1: Big John McCarthy is the referee in charge. Arlovski charges in with a series of rights and presses Schaub against the fence. Nothing happens and they separate, which leads to Schaub scoring with a huge right hand. Arlovski moves back, but appears to be ok. Arovski back to stalking. They clinch again and Arlovski is pressing Schaub into the fence. They separate again and Schaub lands a lead uppercut. Arlovski attempts another clinch and Schaub shrugs it off. Schaub attempts a big overhand right, but it ends with the two clinched again. They separate and Schaub reaches for a double leg, but it's stuffed.
He looked a little wobbled to me but it could have just been a "spin out".

Thought the former 'hybrid' could have gotten the win, but Arlovski pressed forward, initiated the clinch, and landed a bunch of little knees. Nothing significant til the latter rounds. The fact that the 'hybrid's' face was busted up after a few shots shows his power HAD he really went for it.

Not the best return or overall fight, but enough to win. Nerves has always been his Achilles Heel. Definitely hoped for much more though.

Schaub and I got robbed. First round could've gone either way, 2nd was 10-9 Schaub and last was Schaub's. So dissappointed

By no means was that fight a robbery, it was a bad decision. Pushing a guy against a cage and landing a headbutt shouldn't win you a fight especially when you get taken down and hit hard.

But comparing this to Pearson/Sanchez is like basketball to horseshoes.

Really really disappointing fight. Scored it 29-28 to Schaub. Glad Andrei got the win though but really hopes he turns it up next fight. So frustrating seeing one of your favorite fighters look so lackluster in a much anticipated return to the UFC.

Poor choice of words.

Yeah, Andrei was gunshy. He's been trying to get back to the UFC for a long time and has been knocked out so many times so who could blame him. Hopefully he'll be back better.

Neither looked like they belong in the UFC, could've gone either way...wouldn't have cared any more if Schaub got the decision.
