I felt pretty bad for Maldonado the other day. There was simply no chance that fight was going any other way. Kinda weird when you absolutely know a fighter is doomed before the bell; worse if you think the fighter knows it too.
I know it should be MMA but Tyson v Frazier comes to mind for that reason.
I felt bad for JDS in his last 10 rounds with Cain; pure demolition.
Hendricks did kinda turn into a whiny bitch after the GSP fight but I thought it justified. He was upset and angry and I felt bad for him.
Bad injuries really get to me too... There's ones like Cory Hill or Silva, but the way Jamie Varner's foot died in his last fight and he tried to carry on was really weird to watch. Yeah, he showed incredible heart but when he'd try to move and his ankle would just fold and drop him again was horrible to watch. Like an injured animal that knows it's doomed.
EDIT: oh, and I felt bad for that guy on TUF that got absolutely bullied. I mean properly bullied like in school. Kinda strange seeing a trained fighter made to be a complete bitch. Can't remember what season it was though, think it was a heavy weight one. Oh, that also reminds me, I felt bad for titties too, but not too bad that I didn't laugh lol
