Good to see Brimage drop down to 135. He wasn't a very big featherweight so that was probably a good decision. I hope he finds success in this division.
He actually was doing well at 145 up until he ran into McGregor. He got a little too aggressive in that fight in my opinion and McGregor finished him early. Maybe being 3-0 in the UFC at the time made him more confident than he should have been. If I recall correctly, he landed a bit on McGregor, but it's a moot point considering how fast he was put away against him.
I hope he finally bounces back here. Why has he been out so long since that loss? Was he injured for a while?
EDIT: 30-27? Whatever. I scored it for Brimage, but he should have went for it more when he had Doane hurt. Oh well, I hope he gets another chance anyway. He has been out for over a year after all.
