I tried to read the article but with the constant mistakes '10. Forrest Griffin Cries After Lossing To Keith Jardine' and the full screen Hercules advert every page makes me want to punch my laptop.

Tito Oriz when he fought Ryan Bader should always be a top 10. After all the talk of Dana forcing him to retire with a loss, Tito walks out and you could see all the emotion boiling up inside and you knew it was a guy who knew it might be his last walk to the Octagon and one he wasn't ready to make. Then bam, that win the grave digger. It was a hell of a feel good moment.

That actually was. The thing is there's always one loser and I wonder how he or she is feeling at that very moment while they're celebrating.

First thing that popped into my mind was actually this --->

It's a bit old, but if you havn't watched this HL of Lyoto check it out. Still one of my favorite HL vids.

Marcus Aurelius: Tell me again, Maximus, why are we here?
Maximus: For the glory of the Empire, sire.

Baked, not fried... the healthy choice.

Tito pulling an upset over Ryan Bader was not emotional for me. To me it was disrespectful as usual when he did the grave digger. It's disrespectful when he did it then and against Shlemenko.

For this guy, all moments he was awake after the fight:
