Leites has had a career residence second only to Lawler and possibly Arlovski. I think he takes this one by being the better fighter but Tim has shown in the past that he will punch a man in the face and change the tide of any fight.
Tim is really a unique guy.. there's nothing flashy about him, or his fighting style. His biggest attribute is his will to fight. We've now seen 2 fights where he has basically been whipped around the cage for 2 rounds; then pulls off the desperation KO in the 3rd. So you can never count this guy out.
However, short of that, I can't see Tim getting the job down here.
what the hel is wrong with people !? this is the second time today that a fighter had the other fighter one slap away from a KO and decides to clinch up instead of keeping distance and continue trading
Tough fight for Thales. Boetsch hits like a truck. Thales even tried to keep it standing, but finally listened to Dede and hit his NOS system to finish the bout.
Damn! Either Boetsch gets owned then comes back for the win, or he starts off well then gives the fight away. Leites deserved kudos surviving the 1st and getting that sweet sub.
Just let it sink in for a minute that one of the most hated flop artists ever has not ony came back to the UFC but became a top 10 MW and he collected 2 bonuses in his last bout and one in the previous fight.
