Wow. Just wow. :jaw:
There's greedy and then there's Conor McGregor disrespectful greedy level.

"I have employees now. My employees make more money than half of those bums in UFC roster."

At 02:12:20 mark.

En route! Conor McGregor claims he will soon ink first-ever $100 million UFC contract

Shoot for the stars, right?

That days of lobbying for Anderson Silva-money are long gone.

Now, it's all about shooting for that Floyd Mayweather-type coin, as Conor McGregor says he will soon be the first and only mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter inked to a nine-figure contract.

As the interim Featherweight champion revealed during his guest spot on "The MMA Hour," the wheels of a new deal were set in motion during the memorable "Go Big" press conference, where he lashed out at just about every fighter on stage.

His words:

"I essentially set the game on fire in that press conference and flew home to Dublin with my sweet belt and my multi-millions of dollars and I'm waiting on my next multi, nine-figure contract, which is en route. I just let everyone up there know, I let the bosses know and everybody there know what I bring and my worth. Even fights that have linked to my name are main event status. There is no other fighter in the game that has that. When fighters lose to a fighter, they are not a draw. But, when they lose to me they are draws. They can go to different regions and headline and make seven-figure revenues on the gate. That's what I'm doing, they're offspring numbers and nobody else would know about or really pay attention to. I pay attention to it and my name brings the numbers. If you have an association with my name, whatever the result, you will be main event slots after that because that's what my name brings. It puts you into that spotlight. It gives you that status. I am well aware of that. These are also cards that I should have my hand in the pie, as well. I should be compensated for these cards, as well. So I just went out there and let that be known. I said it backstage, as well. The numbers rule, all the belts and that other shit, mean nothing. Everyone was handed a belt, Jose was handed a belt, they mean nothing, numbers rule in this game. I'm the ruler of the number and I let that be known."

He continues:

"I'm still here the highest-paid. Let's compare contracts. Because the contract that I'm talking now is nine figures, nine figures I'm talking. Nobody in the game has talked nine figures. That's $100 million plus. That's my contract, so, that's where I'm at and I've done it the way I've done it. Either learn from it or don't. When you're bringing in $60 million revenue on a fight where the main event guy has pulled out two weeks before, you think anyone else can do that? This next one, we are estimating a gate of $10 million for the gate alone. This is going to bring in $90 to $100 million this card here. So you're damn right I'll get it. I came at them with fact, numbers and I didn't go round about. I looked them dead in the eye with straight facts. When someone comes at you with clear facts, there's only one thing you can do and that's respect it. You got to respect good business, if you don't respect good business, then that's on you. I am very confident we will come to a deal and it will be in the nine-figure mark, and rightfully so."

Those mansions and fancy suits don't pay for themselves.

As it stands, women's Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is the highest paid fighter on the UFC roster, according to "Rowdy" herself.

But, will "Notorious" soon eclipse Rousey's deal and join the upper echelon of sports stars that command nine figures?

Jeez Conor is pushing it.

After his fight with Brandao I unashamedly went out and bought his t shirt. And I wore it with pride!

But recently I've almost been embarrassed wearing it. We get it Conor, you're a big draw, a great fighter and rich as f**k but you also used to be likeable... It's very hard to say that these days.

Makes sense, 10/10 would be a three-five year deal for a 27 year old in his prime that draws the million buys.

Keep in mind Dana White has a 10% cut for "promoting", GSP was topping out at 7 and the UFC was likely offering Brock between 10-20 million to come back.

You also have nothing but superfights lined up for Conor, Aldo, Pettis, Edgar, Cerrone, Nurahkemedov...Conor can do stadium shows in Ireland, Russia, US, and Brazil.

20 years from now when the Frettitas sell the UFC I can't wait to see what the actual numbers were.

Also what are the big contracts they have on the books right now..Anderson, Jones, Rousey, McGregor...

Well, I couldnt care less about who is a draw, who isn't, never care about how much PPV UFC is selling and for what reason they are selling and I've been vocal about this plenty of times. I care about the fights and the sport as a whole and I completely despise low level ways to promote a fight and I despise even more people who are engaging in such low class acts being rewarded with more money and ass kissing by the promoters.

This is just a colorful reason why Rich Franklin does not qualify as an UFC promoter like Dana. As someone said, UFC is cheap as fvck.

Conor is a smart man, why miss out on an opportunity to make millions of dollars? It's not his fault everyone's buying. Anyways Conor is the p4p and will prove it time and time again, so since you care about the fights and the sport, you'll have to like him eventually.

Conor. Without a doubt.

Sonnen was very targeted with his shit. Slaughtered Anderson but barely said anything by comparison about his other opponents. Conor throws daggers at everybody.

The rest dont really trash talk. Bisping and Ronda never say anything unless its started by their opponent. And Nick Diaz is not deliberately trying to trash talk at all.

I'd take Bisping out cause didnt he say to someone like Rockhold "Who have you knocked out?" promoting Rockold to reply "Who did YOU knock out?" leaving Bisping with his dick in his hands?

The thing is, as much as you guys wont like it, Americans arent THAT good at quick witted comebacks. You guys don't have slagging matches every day. The reason American inbetweeners failed is because you guys just dont have the culture of slagging each other off every sentence. So when a lad like Conor gets abuse, or Bisping, 9 times out of 10 they are able to comeback to it.

I don't rate Conor as a trash talker. He's getting better at it though.

His problem is that he just repeating school yard taunts, and half the time he stutters his way through sentences. At times he just says the same shit over and over.

He can definitely be funny though, but most of the time I'm laughing at him, rather than his opponent.

Aw, c'mon man. Saying he was worried about Aldo's well being after the Chad Mendes fight, saying that he looked like he had a stroke and that the left side of his face was drooping to one side was fcking hilarious.

Some of his shit is actually real original and funny.

He pretty much now also has the 155 lb.s division labelled as the "stuck in the mud division." "I see stiffness," shit's funny.

I will say I'm not a fan at all of his money, money, money obesession, and in the end, that kind of talk will come back to haunt him and devastate him in the future. Karma's a bitch.

A lot of people do, but as guys like Conor or Mayweather say...you're still tuning in.
For free, these sorts are not seeing an extra penny from me. The only PPV's I bought were between good overall fighters, not slimy hype builders.

Also regarding above, Bisping didn't just lose some fight, he lost the very fight he was talking about in that "epic" trash talking video posted. Not just lost, HUMILIATED. Completely manhandled by the guy he was telling he was going to knock out. That's the sort of guy that walks around with his tail between his legs around the other guy afterwards, not the "winner".
