I'd much rather see him fight Sakurai over Koshcheck. Hopefully it happens.

He hasnt beaten anyone on the top of the list (currently) and hence shouldnt be fighting for the contendership.

As of now, he should fight his way up through Diego, Fitch, Kos. He was beaten by Diego, Deigo got beaten by Kos. Doesnt mean much but tells clearly that Karo doesnt get to bypass these at least in the contendership ladder.

I would like to see Karo v. Kos. I don't think Kos has an answer for Karo's ground game and yes "The Kos learned how to striiiike" and I will give it to Kos, his punches cut through the wind when they miss with brutal force but Karo's striking is more accurate. Sure, Kos will take Karo down but Karo's ground game is better IMO (see Karo v. Diaz etc).

Karo holds a great win over Matt Serra and had a title shot lined up against Hughes but had to pull out do to injury. If he hadn't gassed in the third I believe he may have beaten Diego. He dominated Drew Fickett with strikes. He has two losses since 2004 to GSP and Diego. His record is more impressive then Fitch's, Kos, and Diego (yes I know he lost to him). I don't buy this "not a contender" business at all. He is the definition of contender as far as I am concerned and he is only 25. 3 of his losses (GSP and Sherk I & II) came before he was 23.

The problem with fighting Kos is that he will have to wait another 2 1/2 to 3 months which would be about a 6 month lay off. Marcus Davis is already taken. Yeah, the only fight that makes sense is Kos so guess we will have to wait. I will admit that I think GSP would take the rematch though.

I think a fight with Sakurai would make just as much sense if not more, and we wouldn't have to wait because I'm sure Mach is wanting to fight ASAP. I'm really hoping for that one.

I'd like to see him rematch GSP, although I'm confident GSP would win, it would still be a dangerous fight for him when he has already been guaranteed a title shot, Karo is no joke.

Fighting Karo would be like a step back for GSP. He isnt on a hot streak or anything and so fighting him is "no-win" situation for GSP. If he wins, there is nothing to gain for him but if he loses, everything is lost.

For Karo though, if he wins somehow, he goes right to the top. If he loses, it is only expected and he wont be bothered that much.

Also, GSP would win easily, if it did happen.

Karo Vs Kos would be a good match up.

You can guarantee that!!! Thats Karo's problem, he can't finish a fight. I admit his fights are usually exiting AND bloody ( anybody else notice how Karo always ends up with a gaping hole in his face? his skin must be made of paper ), but regardless of how much punishment he lays on somebody he can't finish a fight. I personally can't stand him because of his poo-butt attitude but that has nothing to do with his abilities in the cage. If he pulls out an actual finish in his next fight I would say he is a contender

Oh Karo vs Kos would be sweet...I think Karo would lay a lickin on Kos worse than GSP did. Not that I think Karo is better than GSP I just think he would have an even easier time slamming that little ***got to the ground.

Make your point without the slurs. Abrasive language like that cheapens the discussion and sinks below the intelligence level most posters display here. It also makes you out to be a real ****.
