I don't get why you guys think Ronda would improve her boxing so dramatically if she went elsewhere. There are very few of these girls who can even land sharp and accurate straight punches in the first place. Ronda has been training her boxing for years and outside of her actual imposing style physically, she looks like pretty much the same striker she ever was.

I used a really bad association, I apologize for that.

I am far from hating Ronda, man. It is a process she is facing I think most people have been through. Experiences like that humbles people.
I really hope she can come back more down to earth and respectful, but if it's her choice to be a bitch still, let her be by all means, but I hope she man up and embraces it fully, then, otherwise she'll continue to be the queen of hypocrisy.

That very statement just proves that she needs to go elsewhere for her boxing.

Her current coach has took her as far as he can with regards to striking. Now its time to bring someone else in or switch camps.

The best outcome is that he gets locked up for tax fraud and saves Rousey either a painful or wrong decision.

But all of them have come as far as they can go with their striking. Wherever Ronda goes, she'll have other female fighters there who she's better at striking than. It's like saying Gus needs a new striking coach cause he got KOed by Rumble.

That makes no sense at all. Just because a fighter got KO'd does not mean they need a better coach. Rousey was supposed to have been working on her stand up for years... wanted to be a boxing champ by her own words. Yet she went into the Holm fight and looked like a f˙cking clown.

When need to learn how strike and have been working for years on it with you coach, but you look like a clown on Fight Night... then its time to look for someone else.

The difference between Ronda and Holms striking technique is huge compared to Gus and Rumble. I would even say Gus has better technique then Rumble.

Im not sure I blame Rondas coach either. Ive suspected for a while now that Ronda doesnt spar. And if a fighter refuses to spar, what can the coach do about it? Of course, I might be wrong. But when considering how many media commitments Ronda had where she had to look pretty, and how she never seemed to ever have a single blemish on her face between fights, im pretty convinced she was protecting her face for publicity. Speculation for sure. But thats my gut feeling.

@Soojooko @Spite , what I'm saying is that Ronda is probably better than the majority of woman in boxing anyways. Show me who else is KOing people in the UFC woman's division like Rousey did to Correia. Not too many are doing it at the absolute most. Rousey really lacks technically, but what technically solid woman's fighters in striking are there? Joanna, Holm....who else? What other girls really throw jabs and cross punches? It's just a limitation that a lot of them seem to have. In men's MMA, Judo isn't as good because of a lot of the wrestling pedigree and solid bases. In woman's MMA, boxing isn't as good because they seem to lack a lot of the speed and sharpness to hit straight down the pipe. There are gonna be exceptions, but Ronda's still better than most of these other life long female martial artists with her boxing. If she wanted to spend the next 6 years doing amateur boxing and training with Freddie, sure, she'd improve big time, but while she's doing MMA she'll still have a lot of aspects to work on.

If Ronda goes to another trainer and her boxing gets revolutionized, it would mean the rest of these girls are lazy bitches who've never put any work into improving their own technique which I don't reckon is true.

I wasn't saying changing coach would improve her striking. My point was that I don't believe Ronda spars. Changing coach would do fook all for her if she wont spar. Go on youtube and look through the millions of videos of Ronda training. Every now and then you find one of her sparing and it looks like this:-

So, no. I dont blame her coach at all. He just wanted to get paid. He cant force her to spar properly. So he just nodded a lot and collected his cheque. I would have done the same thing.

Rousey is heavy handed thats true, but I've seen nothing to suggest she is a better boxer than most of the division. Didn't Tate have the better of the stand up last time they fought? We just haven't seen it, and the times we have see her boxing skills, it was more boxing minus the skill.

That would just been the rest need to evolve their game.
