Tim Sylvia has spent the past two days training with Team Xtreme Couture. This in no way means he has left MFS, he is good friends with Mike Whitehead. You may or may not remember Whitehead was on TUF 2 with Matt Hughes and was part of MFS till I beleive the end of taping when he was asked to leave. Whitehead had a lack luster performance in his fight on the show and lost. He had been a favorite to win the season. Anyway, its look like Tim is in great shape and will be tearing Vera's head off-I cannot wait.

lackluster is putting it nicely. He practically threw in the towel. for some reason i'm not shocked that he and Tim are such good friends.

I love how Whitehead was fighting for Shamrock's Lions Den in the IFL and now trains with Camp Couture. I also love how MFS lost Whitehead so they get another token big guy in Ben Rothwell.

That's good news, Couture is what he needs right now, why not train with the guy that destroyed you? It's very respectable.
