Ooooh Credits are back in view, and I have 13million of them!!

Liddell shall we say 10million on Aldo and Mcgregor? If Oldfan isn't feeling the pinch too much from recent national pension cuts my other 3 million is ready to be doubled too!

I love to watch Frankie fight, even though not all end with a finish, but he truly shows you that this sport is not just about power, but mind, technique, physique too. Plus that; he is IMHO one of the best 10 fighters out there today!

With that said, I think if Aldo humiliates McGregor (not 100% sure), then he'll stay the kingpin!

I agree with everything bar "liking to watch Frankie fight", which I hate. :D

Fighting style preferences aside, as I said numerous times, it's the other guy's job to break the boring pointing strategies and find a way to win, so Frankie deserves to be highly ranked where he is and continue to go up to another title shot as long as he wins his fights, in exciting fashion or not.

Explain to me how Chris Weidman goes over Jose Aldo if he beats Rockhold.

Cub Swanson, Mike Brown, Urijah Faber x2, Mark Hominick, Kenny Florian, Chad Mendes x2, Frankie Edgar, Korean Zombie, Ricardo Lamas, Conor McGregor.

Or...

Uriah Hall, Alessio Sakara, Jesse Bongfeldt, Tom Lawlor, Demian Maia, Mark Munoz, Anderson Silva x2, Lyoto Machida, Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold.

I was kidding about the p4p nonsense although if I was to get into that silly argument Frankie would get my vote.

But I seriously believe that Weidman vs Rockhold has the potential to be the greatest fight and greatest rivalry we've seen in the UFC. I know great matchups don't always produce great fights but these two have got it all. In my opinion we've never seen 2 better fighters face each other in their prime. This is the main event for me. Hell, this is fight of the year for me.
I hope Luke wins just because Chris will get a rematch faster than Luke would..

No, no - the bias is on your behalf. He snapped Anderson Silva's leg in half and left him writhing on the mat in agony. Screaming his lungs out all the way to the hospital. I don't even like Chris Weidman, there's no bias on my behalf.

Both of those images perfectly illustrate the destruction of another man.

Destroyed.

NO,NO I'M NOT BIASED, YOU ARE!!

because if you don't agree with me that Frankie is the GOAT you must be biased and illogical or just ignorant of the facts

the Munchkins get all the attention as we head to the greatest MW fight of all time there's some logic for you

This I can agree with, I can't believe there's so little talk of Weidman vs Rockhold. This has to be the most talent packed MW fight since Anderson's fall. I expect an all out war, more so than Aldo vs McGregor.

I'm in the middle of the arguments from Rep and Sports. I think to say Weidman DESTROYED Anderson via leg break but to say Jose's win over KZ barely counts because of the shoulder dislocation is pretty bias, but I also don't take away what Weidman was doing against Anderson who I think has never looked out of his prime (including the Diaz fight).

I'm not going to discuss what I think of the finishes in the Silva/Weidman fights because I've done it a million times. At the end of it all though, the absolutely minimum you can say is all together Weidman has at least one decisive win over Anderson Silva. Maybe late in the fight that could change but Machida had to turn Weidman's ribs black to slow him down, plus Anderson has slowed down later in the fight once or twice.

Anderson was cool in round 1 of the first fight. He did what he wanted. He used his cocky taunts to coax Weidman into standing with him. He took it too far though and got what he deserved. I don't think he just aged a lot though cause he's always a counter puncher anyways and his dodges of Weidman's punches in the final combo were still stellar.

In the second fight, Anderson came out hungry. This was the Anderson who didn't want to just win a highlight reel fight, but win using all of his tools. He was still aggressive, went for the thai clinch....and got dropped HARD. For the second fight in a row Weidman's GnP was solid as hell. Anderson relaxed too much and was lucky to make it out of the round imo. He then came out, looked 100%, we got a reset and we were about to see if Anderson had a few more potential tricks up his sleeve...then the leg break.

Finally, in the Diaz fight, Anderson just said "I'm winning, that's it". He didn't want to risk being a highlight reel KO against a guy who out does him at what he used to do. He came out, tried not to go toe to toe and just wanted to win the fight. His mentality was exposed a bit though cause whenever Nick landed clean you could see Anderson DESPERATELY wanted to go toe to toe and win back. He held off all the same.

Weidman still was a question for me after those. After the Machida fight, not what so ever. There are still questions over the Rockhold fight however but not over Weidman's championship calibre. Anderson might age every time he fights because it's like a year between fights (so he ages a year?) but I don't feel we've seen a slow missing a step Anderson yet, he's just trying different things since the Weidman KO.
