I hope Nate doesn't have any Octagon rust. Nate usually brings it. Sell likes to slug with sluggers. This will rule.

Hopefully, Nate gets a win. I like the guy, and have always felt he was underrated ever since he got brutally KO'ed by Franklin.

I remember when my buddy, who is a casual MMA fan, saw Nate fight on the TUF 1 Finale I was watching on DVD. He watched Nate fight and goes, "Man, I really like the way this guy fights. He's real calculating with his punches." This stuck out in my mind because while I don't particulary love or hate Quarry's style, it drew a reaction from my buddy who is generally indifferent to the fighters. Anytime a fighter can draw the attention of a casual fan and really make suck them into a fight, I like 'em. It's fighters like that, whether they're great or not, who bring in the hardcore fans and help the sport.

For me, it was a BJ Penn rerun, where I was just channel surfing and came across it on Spike. I remember being really intrigued by all the grappling and such, and that seed spawned a huge fan. Quarry did that with my friend, so I'm sure on some level others would enjoy watching him fight too.

Yeah Quarry is fun to watch, and it's great to see anyone come back from serious health problems.

i think its funny that it says hes best rembered for his submission, i remeber him because of the crazy finish with scott smith one of the sweetest fights, i think that Nate will just end up picking him apart with his boxing

Not as much as Swick vs Goulet was man I'm so depressed about this. I really need a Swick fight it has been 5 months and it's going to be more now. Quarry vs Sell should've been on the main card to begin with though but I can't get exicted about anything on this card not even Din Thomas dancing anymore now that Swick is off it. I was personally more exicted for UFN 11 then I was for UFC 72 and UFC 77 but without Swick I'm more exicted about WEC 30 tonight then UFN 11.
