I think Spencer takes this one. Edgar is good, but Fisher's stand up was sick in his last fight versus Stout, and he's a beast to finish on the ground. I remember being dumbfounded when he got out of that RNC from Matt Wiman. I know Matt isn't a top fighter, but he had the thing sunk in, hooks and everything and Fisher got out. That kind of sub defense combined with his improved stand up, and I don't really see a whole lot of options for Edgar.
I'd take Edgar in this fight, I like his striking and most importantly his pace. Spencers striking looked retarded against Stout but man this fight could go either way. Really tough call.
Side though: The effin light weight division is taking over with these great match ups as of late. Thomas/Florian, Tavares/Griffin, Edgar/Fisher, Sherk/Penn?, Penn/Stevenson, and throw in Huerta and Pelegrino and what an effing division.
