Heard the booing and while I have heard worse it always sucks to hear it.
The main time they were booing tonight was not just at the ground game but when no one, especially the guy on top, was doing nothing with it and just lying there.

The only reason it was boring was because of no knees to the head.. else Rampage would of passed Hendo and try to knee him..
Sidemount is not so great anymore, because you can get reversed, esp by a guy like Hendo.
And let's not exagerate, There are some moments for booing, and there was a few of them. Overall the booing was not bad at all.

I've heard far worse booing at events broadcast from The US... i watched this UFC with three of my friends, only one of whom has martial art background.
They wanted the blood, the action and got bored during the ground game parts of each fight as they don't know whats goin on.... They only booing it because they don't know whats goin on, more info needs to be distributed via leaflets whatever at events educating people on the fighting styles used.

You have to look through it from the fans perspective. What did you see during the pre-show? Good striking from Henderson and Rampage! When I saw the preshow for UFC 75, they had Dan koing Wandy, and Rampage koing chuck, played most the time. The non-hardcore fans, who don't know a lot about Rampage and Henderson, expected a fight standing up. Yes, there is a problem with booing of the fighters during a good ground game, but the tons of Brits there were all stuffed next to each other, guys standing in front of them, shuffleing around, just to see what? A clump of two fighters. Trust me, I've experianced something like this, called Sherk-Franca...

yes ok good point, i can understand the fans getting frustrated but i just think they should show a little bit of respect, i mean i can understand how rampage gets pissed off when they boo coz hes used 2 the japan fans and over there u can hear a pin drop.

Well, in Japan they are more technique, then pure bashing each other in the face. But yeah, I see what you mean, and how the fighters feel.
