I'd hate to make yet another Bisping/Hammill thread, but this fight raises so many questions. For one:

How will UFC explain giving Rich Franklin the 'W' in his home town despite Anderson Silva knocking him out? They might have to bring in some WWE writers for that one.

wow that was the lamest example. Rich got knocked out, Silva did something Hammil didnt do and that was not leave the judges decide the fight.

I use to love Bisping and thought he was really cool but now I hate the guy. The fact that he showed Hamill so little respect at the end of the fight, and said he out boxed him was laughable. Hamill won the boxing, wrestling and takedowns. Te only thing Hamill needs to do is working a bit more on his conditioning and he'll be a beats. I think Hamill deserves an immediate rematch.

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.

You can't prove Dana White had any influence over the decision, and if he wanted to fix the fight, he'd do a better job than that.

Just like we can't prove that he did, you can't prove that he didn't.

The main ways to fix a fight are to pay off the refs, pay off the fighters, or pay off the judges. Either way, if you do it too much or too obviously, you risk people noticing.

Also, trying to pay off the fighters is more of a risk that they'll open their mouths as soon as they aren't happy with you, so you stick to the refs and the judges.

There was one fight not long ago, when one guy knocked the other guy half unconscious, then stood around and did nothing until he'd had plenty of time to recuperate. Joe kept saying something along the lines of him missing his opportunity or being afraid, I really wondered if he wasn't given ten Gs to throw the fight. There's no way of knowing, maybe the guy really was a dunce. I'll have to dig back and watch the fight again...
