Yes. It was heartbreaking!

I'm pretty sure he will retire. He said in an interview 2 days ago that he still thinking about retiring.

2 more fights...

What the hell happened to the guy? Did Gonzaga scare him shitless? He might retire after this.

I mean, Kongo? Mirko, man...

I'm not bashing Kongo, but Mirko's performance was just not very good. Not very good, at all.

That did seem really dissapointing. I was so used to seeing him just chop people down or kick their heads off, but look at who he was fighting. In my opinion not that great of a fighter just ENORMOUS and Strong as hell. That dude was a huge wall of blackness. It would be hard to train to fight him. CroCop really needs to broaden his horizons and practice submitting.IMO

I concur. He's going to ruin his reputation w/ lack luster performances like this. He's still going to be an amazing fighter to me though, there's no way you can watch his whole career and look at him as overrated.

I really have to say the fight was hard to watch. Whether the sport has passed him by, or he lost something along the way, no matter how you slice it Crocop is nearing the end. He's a one dimensional fighter who isn't all that great in the one dimension he fights at, and I'm sorry to say that. Maybe deep down inside of him there's still that kickboxing fiend, but that doesn't help alot when you're in the octagon and it's nowhere to be found.

Essentially Crocop has become a fighter with one left leg. That's his only real attack, and you can literally see him thinking about throwing it. He just circles around, waits about 20 seconds, and throws a left kick. His game just hasn't evolved to match the sport in my opinion, and I think that's the last we see of the Croatian Sensation.

Cro Crap

Dude that was PATHETIC. Just pathetic. I will not watch another Cro Cop fight even if he fights the Pope.

If you are not going to give it your all then what the hell?

I have said it before I will say it again, the way to beat Cro Cop is to put him on the defensive, make him go backward. It worked for Gonzoga, it worked for Kongo, my Grandma wants some of him now.

Bye Bye Cro Cop the UFC proved too much for you do not feel too bad..

without taking anything away from Congo,Cro Cop is better than we saw at UFC75,I suspect the axe kick to the body broke ribs, rather than he was mentaly ruined by Gonzaga.Well,I hope so anyway.

damn... i dont know what to say... other then three knees to the groin probably hurt like hell, and needless to say they probably took a lot out of him. 2nd, and then 3rd round twice. Kongo just took out his legs and then looked directly at the groin in the clinch and gave him the dirtiest knee ive seen in a while.

after that im not suprised he didnt have anything. plus Kongo did do an amazing job of just destroying mirkos legs, you could see him wincing in pain every time kongo hit his side.

Bull @#^%

He looked scared to death when he got into the cage. That was a pathetic performance, and I hope Dana White will cancel his contract.

Send that dude to WEC or BoDog, he DOES NOT belong in UFC.
