This is exactly what I am hearing from my casual UFC freinds and from the anti-mma crowd.

I know its idiotic, I know its not always rig'd and I know for damn sure it aint fake.

But this fight is exactly what the UFC doesnt need. A global wide black eye.

WWE/WWF = fake and predetermined.

That vast majority of us (as in all MMA fans) know for a fact that of course it aint fake or predetermined or rig'd.

But new fans, outsiders and those we are tying to lure into the glory of MMA....these are the fans we are now losing.

Well if they rigged the fight to keep up Bisping's popularity, and by that getting more English people interested in the UFC, they probably did themselves more bad than good.

After this fight everybody just thinks Bisping is an asshole that gets victories handed to him by the judges. I think it would have been better for him to just get the loss and then come back stronger in his next fight.

Not all of us who feel the fight was rigged are newcomers to UFC. Dana White is all about making the money, the 'battle' between Tito and him is a page from Vince McMahon's playbook for example. Other fights have had questionable outcomes as has been pointed out in threads here as well. Last night's fight was the most blatantly obvious show of fight outcome scripting. Since Hamill didn't knock him out, White was saved by allowing the judges to take the hit.

At the end of round 2, the announcers were talking about how Bisping would need a knockout to win. In round 3 they changed their tune and were talking up Bisping like he was winning the fight. Bisping's antics before the fight lost my respect, he wasn't taking his opponent seriously at all. His comments after the fight caused me to lose all respect for him, he's not a champion caliber fighter in attitude or in ability. If he had that much trouble against such a 'one dimensional fighter' as he called Hamill, then what will he do against a real MMA guy?

I enjoy MMA and always have since UFC 1, this is not UFC anymore. You're right, not all fights are rigged and it is not fake but there is a definite guiding hand in the way some fights are scored. At this point the only thing missing from UFC are the heels, glittering tights and masks. Dana White has an incredible amount of work ahead of him to gain back fans that he's lost. I won't let my desire in seeing MMA override my sensibility in knowing when something is very wrong.

Yah I also noticed how the announcers suddenly changed their tone in round 3. It seemed very odd and suspicious and then when the final decision was given it was like WTF is this the WWF or what? lol

Right but having a decision even Stevie Wonder could see was wrong is better how exactly? I hate that line of thinking, well they wanted to break into the English/European market, then why did Cro Cop lose his fight by UD, or why did Etim lose by UD he is an English fighter nobody is mentioning.

If you'd of asked me maybe a few months ago if it was rigged i'd of said no, now, I'm almost 100% convinced it is aftering see that POS PPV last night. Because of Last night, the UFC lost a lot of fans here, that's for sure.

Yeah, it was weird. Hamill won round 1 and in round 2, I think Joe was joking about how Bisping should goto 185 and hope Hamill doesn't follow him...then by Round three, it was like Bisping was ahead or something. I don't know if it was rigged, but it definitely made more sense for the UFC to have Bisping win in his home town. I don't think the decision would annoy me so much if Bisping at least showed an ounce of class. I like when Rogan asked him how hurt was he and Bisping said "Well, I definitely felt it" or something like that...c'mon, you had cuts under both eyes and were runnign for the whole fight.
