Freaking idiots, Randy is not on roids and having a big head has nothing to do with steroid use. Yea, there are guys on steroids just like any other sport but you cant just say someone is on roids because they have an impressive physique or because their head is big.

You know that for a fact??

He's not the one making the claim he is on steroids. it's up to you to prove that he is using them since you made the claim. Some people just can't follow logic...

Don't fool yourselves. Every fighter with the obvious fat slob exceptions are suspect to have taken something over the course of their career. Randy, Chuck, Fedor, GSP, Rampage, Shogun, Wanderlai, Franklin, Hughes, Penn...you name a top fighter and their is the potential they have taken something at some point.
Do I think most of the fighters I listed did take steroids? No...probably not even most of them. However don't think you can just look at someone like Alexander and know he has used steroids. Hermes Franca nor Royce Gracie were obvious candidates.
The truth is performance enhancing substances are widely used in all sports. They work. Some guys will only have taken them to recover from an injury or early in their careers to put on some mass or strength. Others will be currently using; cycling so they don't test positive by the time of their fight.

The thread says 'who do you think,' well I think Randy might. He said he is 'not.' Between our 2 statements his was the more definitive.
Randy is 44 yrs old, has rarely had a serious injury, and when he does it doesn't affect him too much. He is performing better now then ever. Do I blame him?? Not really, I suspect that a majority of the fighters are on roids. He almost has to.

Any fighter "might". Unless you're following them around all the time there is really no way to know. If Randy did, I think it was a long time ago cause he's had that big head for as long as I've seen him doing MMA.
I can't see him doing that now. He is a nature freak and has a very careful diet, he wouldn't put something like that into his body. He's also very mild mannered, not at all like roid ragers. And lastly I feel he has too much integrity.

It always makes me laugh when people hold on to the belief that juicing is somehow rare, that there's no way that all of those big-skulled, thick-bellied, huge-muscled dudes could *possibly* be doing them.
Sure, some people who look like they're doing them aren't. But they're a lot fewer than people who look like they're doing them and ARE.
And there are some people who don't look like it, but are. Even more. The crazy thing is that roids aren't just big in the pros any more, it's insane how many high-school kids are doing them, too. One of my cousins' family has always been HUGE into high-school football, all of their kids play, are champions, yadda-yadda. Sometimes half of the team is juicing up, it's not exactly a secret.
I haven't been able to find corroborating evidence, but I've seen claims that CSAC has a 90% positive rate on their tests, giving a full 25% of their fighters a positive at one time or another... and of course, more people are doing them than are caught.
I think that if you stood all of the UFC fighters in a group and threw a golf ball into the crowd, chances are 90% you'd hit someone who *has* used, and 25%-50% that you'd hit someone *currently* using.

That's only because you have a 90% chance of hitting Tito's head though.
