Anybody Think Hermes Franca Deserves...

Anybody think Hermes Franca deserves another chance at the title? Sherk is just unbelievably dominating and Franca done good against him, but if Sherk gets suspended and whatever way that belt flies, anybody else think Franca deserves another go at the title? even if its against Sherk again...

I personally do, i think Hermes is absolutely talented and skillful and has the ability to do loads more in the ufc!

Thoughts..?

He got his title shot, lost, and got caught juicing. He needs to work his way back up.

we aint talking 5 years ago UFC, its new day and age UFC... dana white stated in a press interview, that when he gets fidor by the end of 07 beginning of 08, he wants fidor's first match to be a title shot... hows that work? just because he was top in Pride? no way... Hermes is an awesome fighter, i think he should be welcomed back with some top fights and in the immediate race for the title again

i get it man u like franca

hell hes a sick lw

BUT

you cant compare the number one hw in the world to franca

it just dosnt work

fedor will get an instant title shot....because.....dana dosnt want to loose out on any revenue....also keep in mind....that fedor has said on more than one occasion...that he dosnt want to have his first fight in the ufc for the title....

now hermes did somthing he shouldnt have done.....and therefore hes suspended....and should have to start at the bottom of the barrel simple as that....which sucks because if im not mistaken his 33 and will be 34 when he gets back into the octagon....

now as for your this isnt five years ago statement....your right....because five years ago....a guy like hermes would have been welcomed back with a tune up fight.....and then given a shot at regaining contendership

Think they'll give Florian another title shot (since Stevenson might still be hurt) if he beats Thomas in 2 weeks?
