Matt Hughes or Rich Franklin first available. I have the utmost respect for both of the fighters styles and beleive they would be best, reason they have been in just about any predicament and have got out of it or learned from it!

I hate to have to agree with a mod, kinna like say'n a cop is ok!, but I would go with Bas also.

I can't say I would go with Miletich. Every fighter that I can think of, except J. Horn, that trains or has trained MFS is an asshole. I don't mind cocky fighters but that band of pricks?? no thanks. Cheers.

ps. just a jk re the mod call. the mods on this site seem pretty cool as far as I can tell in my short tenure here.

CHRIS has a little shameless behaviour in the past
It would depend on my style as a fighter. If I was a fighter I would want to be evenly trained in Muay Thai or some form of Kickboxing and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. That said I would like the BEST, meaning Bas Rutten, Rickson Gracie and the third would be up for grabs between Liddell, Couture, and Pat Miletich. Instead of Rickson maybe Royler since Royler was the main guy coming up with Royce;s and even some of Rickson's strategies.

I don't really like to say this about anybody I haven't rolled with, but Mark Laimen is a p***y. I've rolled with a few Gracies and their all awesome fighters. I haven't rolled with Royce, but Renzo told me his one of the best, certainly in the top three. To hear a guy who doesn't even fight say that Royce got smashed by Hughes is just retarded. I'd like to meet him in a dark alley, I'd *%$#$*^%$%$#$%$% & *$%$#$#@#@.

He's also a terrible cornerman. If you watch the fights that he corners, his advice is always way off. I want to see him fight Matt Serra, that would be fun.

As for my corner man, I would never take a fighter I haven't trained with, just because you have to know the guy in your corner. I might go with Chuck Liddell, or with one of my buddies, who corner me for real.

Mark Laimon speaks the truth and has a right to say Royce sucks as do you and everyone else. And if he faught Serra he would own that annoying mofo. His advice isn't way off, he made Phil Baroni a machine and beat Pete Sell. As for you I bet you have never met any Gracies.
