Might have to go with Yushin Okami, apparently a lot of middleweights are freaked out with how strong he is. Rich Franklin apparently didn't say he was that strong, so maybe my second choice would be him, even though I don't like him.

But yeah, Sean Sherk (roids?), Matt Hughes etc are up there as well.

To Threadstarters post on PG3: Randy has that old man strength. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking abot when you shook an elders hand and felt his vice grip crushing your palm.

Well Fedor is atop that list until someone comes in and says that he isn't.

Brock Lesnar might be able to, or Randleman, (MegaSuplex King) has, but got his ass submitted The HW's are the hardest to judge.

Some might say Okami, Franklin, or Filho.
I'lll go with Hughes in the WW division because he's a tough farmer.
Lightweights don't count in my books.
and 145 is way to small to be even considored 'strong'

say it isnt so man

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.

I say Matt Hughes is the strongest that i have seen, and Sean Sherk is right behind him.
