Are you asking two different questions? because I am kind of getting thrown off with the poll? I'll just answer it the way I percieve it. Anybody that replies to this thread or the poll has interest in Tito Ortiz or else they wouldn't be interested in him. And the other question I am one of the few that think he still has it but I do think he needs to fix a thing or two as well.

DangerMouse666 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
My only interest in Cheeto is when he's gone. He'll never be champ again nor beat any of the top five , so in my book he'll never be a contender, just a gatekeeper @ the sixth spot which may be a little high.

I just can't see Tito beating any of the top dogs in the LHW division, he went to decisions with both Forrest and Rashad.

While both these guys are decent fighters could anyone really see Wandy,Shogun,Rampage, or Chuck going the distance with former TUF's.

The one thing all the above mentioned have in common is good hands, Tito's standup has never evolved (the Forrest fight is a great example) basically anybody that can stuff takedowns has a chance of beating him.

What I am not interested with Tito is, the Pre-PPV hype that he always has. Seriously, it's getting repetitive and old. Starting a shoving contest during a PPV doesn't really excite me all that much and didn't make me all tha much more interested in the fight @ 73. Then the fight itself, oh man, that was a let down and a half, I thouight Tito was gonna play this one like a fiddle and whoo[ Rashad's ass. Tito looked soo focused at the weigh-ins and his condition looked the best it ever has.

Then it goes to a draw. BOOOOOOORRRIIING!
Then now we have to wait ten years til the rematch. BOOORRRRING!

If Tito and all of his fans ever expect him to advance or at least kick some ass @ 205 anymore, we need to see some better performances from him and even more so when the Rashad-Tito-esque fights happen and not mass delays in a for a freakin rematch because that is just not interesting.

i think the only way ortiz could redeem himself as a great fighter is if he beat liddell, but i dont see that match happening ( or tito winning for that matter ). i think liddell is the main reason why tito isnt considered top notch anymore.
when liddell beat ortiz the second time it was like saying " you dont belong on the top "

BUT.... he is still relatively young... so ho knows
