Keith Jardine Asked for Fight With Liddell

Just watching an espn interview on ufcmania.com
Chuck states that Jardine asked for the fight and maybe saw something he could capatalize on. Thoughts??

I think Liddell is going to knock Jardine silly in the first rd possibly in the first excahnge if everything goes well. WAR CHUCK!

Well Jardine needs to put up or shut up. He can prove a lot with beating Chuck, its kind of like Forrest asking for Shogun

these guys are suffering from little man syndrome. its simple, if they win it will be a total shock and could push them into instant contendership. if they lose, they'll pretty much be in the same spot as they were when they went into the fight. losing to a top 5 fighter when your just sraping the top 20 isnt going to hurt your career in the slightest. both guys are very smart, they saw their opportunity and went for it.

Exactly, its a no lose situation for either of them. On the other hand it is sort of a lose lose for Chuck.
If he wins, he was suppose to.
If he loses, he isn't shit.

Keith Jardine did ask for the fight with Liddell, we knew that all along, at least I did. Chuck has stated that he is going to go right out and start swinging, usually something he doesn't do. I think it will be a quick KO in favor of the Iceman, Jardine is too sloppy.

SO he isnt going to counterpunch? I kinda like that I like when he pushes it more then standing back...both ways have worked for him in the past..but I think this will work out well for him! KO for liddell in rd 1! WAR CHUCK!!

Exactly, these guys like Forrest and Liddell have nothing to loose and everything to gain. Just putting on a good show will help their image gainst a liddell or Rua

Eh, maybe he isn't shit to the band wagoners. Anyone can lose on any given day to anyone with a swingers chance. If you think GSP isn't shit because he got knocked out by Serra, you are just wrong.. All that aside, I agree with the basis of your statement.

i think if both fighters put on a good display against there top 5 opponents win lose or draw they will gain from it .its like when forest fought tito and came out with the majority of credit
