I'd still like to see him in the shape he fought Vitor....damn that was SICK

but that was awhile ago and maybe his body can't handle that anymore..?

I dunno, but him and Forrest are pretty ripped compared to thier last fights. Especially Forrest. You can tell he trained his ass off for this fight.

i think forrest looked very dehyrated...i'd have to see how much weight he cut, but he looked very skinny i thought

He definitely looks better. Not great yet, but most definitely better. I don't mind him having a pot belly as long as that belly is mostly muscle, but in his fight with Rampage he was just a fat ass. When he hit the ground he was jiggling like a cup of jello. =P I'm glad he took this fight more seriously and shaped up.

I wonder how much better some fighters would be if they didn't focus on their chests being ******* huge and taking up a few pounds of muscle that could be used elswhere. Look at Chuck, his chest is no where as big as some people's and he certainly knows how the game works.

Ya you can definilty tell he is in better shape now for this fight. Chuck is going to be on his game come tonite. I think we have a more focused liddell then we have seen for awhile. WAR CHUCK!!

He's all ripped everywhere.. But the belly! It's so huge!!

He does look better now, but i can still see that belly

Bring back knees strikes on grounded opponents.. Give me good arguments for not having them for crying out loud.
