That's good, shadow box and impact train every once in a while and a little guidance and I'm sure you'd get the fight to where you need to go. The free for all does look promising I agree and can't wait. However there's Karate tomorow and school?/work? (I'll never tell) and I need my rest.

Didn't do it that class, but watched the class before do it and was told it was a frequent event. They started on their knees but I've been told the indivual sparring always starts on the feet (well, most of the time.) But again, it was sport ju-jitsu not BJJ and every club is diffirent. Who knows, maybe your club with have Kata.

i hope the thread was a joke, but I'll follow your trolledge. Slamcock has let the sport pass him by. He is an insecure bedwetter that isn't happy unless there is contraversy. He is a taller person with Napolean's syndrome. I am relatively out of shape, I havent trained i a while, but give me 3 months to prepare, and I'll kick his ass; at heavy weight too!

It's like a dance, except with punching and kicking. And you have to mermorize at least one for your lower grades, 3 for higher, and about 5 for black belts. I personally have almost 30 Katas memorized. It's a ***** and super annoying, however some people find them useful. Usually only tradional Judo, Karate and Kung-fu artists practice them. I've yet to see any kickboxers of ju-jitsu clubs practice them.
And Unfortunately as much as I loved my training session the bills just don't line up yet. Maybe in a few months I can afford to get back. What a bummer.
