Bisbing ready for Forest
The U/K sensation Michael Bisbing is ready to step up and fight Forest at UFC 79. All talks about Bisbing and Hamill are off. The UFC has said Bisbing won the fight by decision and while most people do not like it Bisbing is the winner. The winner of the Forest Bisbing fight will get a title shot. While people still believe Bisbing got lucky most people also think Forest just caught a guy with ring rust and was not ready to fight. Shogun is still top prospect and is looking to meet Rashad Evans in the near future. The rematch between Evans and Tito may get scratched because people are not interested in the aging Tito. Rashad eveans has also said he would like to step up to heavy weight and meet Randy Couture for the Title. Evans thinks Randy has been lucky and does not deserve the Title.
Evans has also said he is not impressed with Coutures last 2 fights. Evans claims that Couture used head butts and low blows to keep him in the fights. Evans said his last two fights should be made into instruction videos on how to use MMA and be used to teach kids what a real fighter does in battle. Evans still talks of the high kick he used to beat Sean Solomon. Evans claims he has held back using the head kick because most fighters could not handle it and it would be unfair for him to use it. Evans says it takes Talant to do what he does and thinks there are only a handfull of fighters that have true talent. Names have come up like Shonie Carter, Solomon Huchinson Terry Martin Din Thomas and Melvin Guilard as fighters with true Talent. By this time next year we should see Michael Bisbing either the number one contender or holding the Title. Rashad Evans says if Couture mans up and fights him he will be the heavy weight champ Evans says he would be the Heavy weight champ Rampage the 205pd champ Anderson Silva the 185pd
champ Carlos Newton 170pd champ and Din Thomas 155pd champ.

there is no way bisping is going to be getting a no1 contenders match after a questionable win over a novice.
the fans are still very interested in tito, he'll be a big draw in the ufc well into retirement. (unless he ****s up and loses every other fight)
i doubt any mma journalist out there would post an article with so many grammar and spelling mistakes. the whole article is basically a big wall of slop. this is the kind of bullshit that can get a guy banned.

Hmm... By realistically defending takedowns by hanging onto the cage, forgot that was allowed... oh wait
