Shogun's hands/BJJ

Man do this guys hands suck or what? I always knew that it wasen't a strong point but damn. Forrest was picking him apart. His BJJ was also terrible, I don't know what happened he goes from dominating Arona on the ground to getting choked out by Forrest. If he comes with that gas tank every fight anyone can beat him.

the man was tireed......his bjj didnt suck.....his cardio sucked....and in turn he himself sucked

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.

Shogun as much as I admire him, sucked tonight. It was pathetic... Didn't rep Pride/Chutebox/Muay Thai at all.
