If anything this result should be the reason why he should fight Liddell next. Entitled "battle of the losers" we can see who still has a career. He was quoted as proclaiming "who am I going to fight now?" IMO he didn't deserve a high profile fight coming into the UFC anyway after getting demolished in his last two performances. The only reason that fight was going to happen is because people wanted it for so long. Now that a new crop of fighters are emerging this match-up will still be good but will no longer prove who is the best at that weight class.

I think that's a little unfair. His first loss was against a heavy weight who knocked him out in devastating fashion.
The second fight he looked drunk. One loss doesn't mean much.
Also I don't even want to see this fight anymore. It's not interesting to me right now. I think it would be a huge failure. Let them get on winning ways before they fight again so they have confidence... If one or both of them doesn't get back to winning, then the fight just won't happen.
