The depth of the Light Weight Devision

UFC+Pride=Too Many Fighters
I'm glad I'm not Joe Silva. How do you determine who fights who? This division has gotten to be rediculous. Pride should have remained Pride. Maybe they should introduce tag team fights...how crazy would that be!!

Ok...so I want some opinions here in one place. Your Joe Silva, who is fighting who. No explainations...just fights!!

my opininon
#1. Rampage Jackson vs. ????????(Rashad Evans)

#2 Dan Henderson vs. ????????(Forest Griffen)

#3. Wanderlei Silva vs. ????????(Keith Jardine)

#4. Shogun Rua vs. ????????(Babalou)

#5. Michael Bisbing vs. ???????(Tito Ortiz)

#6. Matt Hamill vs. ????????(Chuck Liddel)

So what do you guys think?????

#1. Rampage Jackson vs. ????????(Winner of Fight 2)

#2 Keith Jardine vs. Forrest Griffin

#3. Wanderlei Silva vs. Shogun or Henderson

#4. Tito Ortiz vs. Rashad Evans rubber match

#5. Michael Bisbing vs. Machida (or machida vs shogun)

Henderson has a promising career here, he has a rock chin and will knock out pretty much everyone on the list.

Just my opinion

Yeah...maybe your right. Maybe thats gonna be the way it works from now on. In order to to move up...you need to prove yourself undoubtably hence the Jardine/Griffen and Tito/Evans rematch.

The LHW division is the most popular and the easiest to market, so White won't wait another 8 UFCs to have Rampage defend. Griffin will be the number one contender, Jardine will face W. Silva, and Shogun vs Liddell. Makes the most sence IMO.

Bisping is busy with Hammil, and Tito is busy with Rashad.

TEAM LORD:
1. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
2. Nate Marquardt
3. Goran Reljic
4. Amir Saddolah

RANKING: TBA
TOTAL POINTS: +TBA

I don't really see it as proving yourself against the opponent because they are basically just another notch in the ladder.

Rashad and Tito didn't move up or down in the ladder so they are still basically matched up.

Forrest obtained a big win over a highly ranked fighter which bumped him up and Jardine beat Liddel who is still a high ranked fighter(not for long). Griffin and Jardine should be in the same stage right now and it will be good and profitable for UFC to see them go at it again.

Although Alexander beat Jardine... He was matched up with Alessio Sakara.... He isn't ready to fight for the title even though he knocked out Jardine in the first round. He is arrogant and needs a few more fights or a bad beat to get him going again.

I think we might see Bisping vs Alexander

That wouldn't be main event material. Alexander isn't a main event fighter. Possibly the undercard of Couture's next fight.
