I'm sorry I should've rephrased what I thought, but I definately do not think he should be #1, but I'm just wondering what he will be ranked since he beat Shogun, who was ranked #1. Will they just drop shogun to like 3rd and still have forrest behind him? Or will Forrest surpass him in rank?

I'm just surprised how much Forrest has improved, which goes back to what e-thug said and that's what you get when you train with Randy Couture.

Can anyone deny that Rampage is #1 ranked LHW in the world now? I must admit I was a bit angry that people put him at #4 behind Shogun, Hendo and Silva.

I just watched the fight again. Man Forrest really beat the crap out of Shogun. If this guy was supposed to be the best, i guess thats moves Forrest up pretty high on the list. Man what a beat down. Shogun was humiliated!!!

i did.
he's always been a good fighter, he just needs to polish his game a little more. every match we see a forrest that was better than the last time we saw him. as long as he continues to improve, then I think we'll see him with a belt one day (not any time soon, i don't think- but one day)

Forrest should be in the top ten not very high though maybe7-8.

Rampage is clearly #1 now he has beaten two top ten guys back to back and is the only LHW in the top five not to suffer a defeat recently.

i`d say at best #6 but ya id never have thought it two years ago to be honest.

its pretty cool to see him develop, i never really liked the guy, i think its mostly because i hate his haircut, the guy needs to shave his head or something, he looks like a jehova`s witness.

No Forrest should be rated ahead of Shogun! Forrest beat the crap out of him. Shogun was totally dominated.
