I think it was a mixture of all 3.

Desperatly wanted to fight chuck
thought his performance wasnt all that
and thought chuck won.

I personally thought chuck won it. He won the first round, lost the second but won the 3rd as he won the last 30 seconds worth of frantic exchanges and did alot more facial damage.

Other than the kicks (which didnt seem to affect chuck to much) and the 1 knockdown i dont think jardine did much and was running alot of the fight when chuck was being aggressive.

Wandy was shaking his head because now if or when he fights Liddell, he won't get paid as much. Another reason is that if Silva knocks him out now or beats him he won't get as much credit, which he desperately needs coming off a loss.

Jardine's face was a mess and he was clearly dazed during the post fight interview. Chuck was waiting for Jardine to move in , and for his troubles got his leg kicked to shit.

I think that would be a great fight, but I'd still rather see Wandy vs. Chuck. I have been waiting so long for this fight to happen that I don't care if they're both coming off of two straight losses. I think if this fight were to happen that Chuck would be in trouble though, I mean, if you get out striked by Keith Jardine, who is really sloppy, you're going to get eaten alive by Wanderlei Silva.
