Honestly I don't think this is as far fetched as it sounds. I don't want to accuse anyone of being on the juice without proof, but I couldn't help but notice how much smaller and softer Shogun looked than usual. Nakamura was also soft, but that's not unusual for him. Also the Gomi vs. Diaz fight might have been in Pride, but it was on US soil, and thus under the jurisdiction of the NSAC. Some of the Pride guys do look smaller and softer and they have gassed. One of the things that steroids help the most is stamina. I don't want to say these guys were juicing, but it's a well known fact that they don't do much in the way of testing for it in Japan and the recent performances speak for themselves. Just something to ponder.

Dude, he said cro cop gassed against kongo and that he wasn't aggressive! He was stalking kongo like a pray untill kongo broke his rib, plus the knees in the groin later. He didn't see the fight or he is trying to annoy us which is more likely.

And since when does being on/off steroids mean you are gonna gas?

And Crocop gassed in the Kongo fight?
There fight was in america so drug testing no steroids. It may be true so I won't dismiss it

It's obvious, these guys do not look the same or fight the same. Look at a recent picture of Wanderlei Silva, he doesn't like as jacked as he did last year.

Well I wasn't referring to the CroCop/Kongo fight and that wouldn't apply that well anyhow since it's now Mirko's 3rd fight in the octagon thus he's been a UFC fighter for a while. The CroCop/Kongo referrence in the OP is not a good one. The OP may be off on that one, but the general idea is not that far fetched in my mind. I hope it's not true, but it's something I have to consider.

In Cro Cop's last two fights. He was NOT as aggressive as he used to be. Those guys were juicing. Same with Shogun.

Watch this video, you be the judge.

Cro cop isn't wanderlei silva. He is not aggressive, he is a counter puncher. In highlights he seems aggressive, but if u watch full fights you will realize he is always waiting for opponent to open up. He fought well against sanchez and kongo(untill the rib thing). He had a lousy performance against gonzaga I agree. If you meant that he hasn't been aggressive in his last TWO fight, you should have said so in the beggining! Instead you said he gassed against Kongo, which is NOT true!

They fought in Pride but under US regulations. I think that was his point.

as i do think its a good possibility that pride fighters may have been on somthing.....when does steroids....increase your cardio lol....its mostly meant for muscle growth.....despite wut people think there is no superman syrum.....YET!!!!!

The most solid advice I can give to anyone who fights BJ Penn is...do not motivate the guy. Lets face it, BJ although talented, is naturally lazy. Your job is to NOT convince him to step on that treadmill.
