Shogun overestimated or Forrest underestimated?

So Shogun clearly wasn't all he was hyped up to be, but what do you think really happened here? Have people been overestimating Shogun (he looked really lousy last night, I'm not impressed), underestimating the hard-working Forrest Griffin, or perhaps a combination of the two?

Forrest hugely under estimated and Shogun slightly over rated. I see Forrest as one of the most well rounded fighters in the world now. Although I think rampage would destroy him.

By the way I picked forrest to win the fight and bet about 5000 points on him

Nice, you're smart. I bought into all the Shogun hype and didn't believe Forrest had a chance after watching some Pride clips of Shogun. Forrest has definitely won my respect by bringing it last night though

Either Forrest was underestimated or the fight was fixed. Either way Forrest was very impressive last night.

Forrest is a big light heavy weight that fought a very smart fight against a Shogun that was not in the best shape of his life.
