He lost to Brock Lesnar at UFC 200 in Las Vegas, but when it came out Lesnar had tested positive to an out-of-competition drug test, Hunt exploded. He called the American a “f***ing cheat” and issued the UFC an ultimatum, demanding half (and later, all) of Lesnar’s fight purse before saying he would seek a release from his contract if the issue wasn’t resolved.

“First the Reebok thing, then Brock’s four-month testing exemption. Conor gets pulled off a card for not going to a press conference that me or Brock didn’t go to anyway. Work that out. There’s probably a heap of others.

“You just have to look at how Ariel (Helwani, an MMA reporter) gets his media pass taken away because he broke a story about Brock, then he gets it back when other media stood up for him and called out the UFC. These guys are just making s*** up as they go.

Mark Hunt is a ******* idiot.

Accuses Lesnar of taking PED's in the run up to the fight but says he'll beat him anyway.

Lesnar pops for a banned substance and Hunt spits his dummy out, calls for Brocks entire purse and then slags the company off that gave him a golden opportunity at UFC200, despite being paid 700k himself.

I predict Hunts career could be taking a nose dive soon.

Doesn't matter what he said in media. He signed up to fight a clean fighter. The fight result should be overturned and Hunt get the missing part if he had won out of Lesnar's purse.

Well no the max is 50% because you still have taxes and overhead and it's only for anabolic steroids.

Lesnar tested positive for a non PED banned substance, if a supplement comes back tainted he(Mark Hunt) has the right to sue the supplement company because he suffered due to that.

Hum. At least now we all know why Ariel got his credentials back.

Conversation was like: "Oh, you are banning me for disclosing Brock would be fighting at UFC 200? Keep me out and I will disclose Brock will fight on roids and you all know it before hand.".

Tcha tchaan. Ariel is back.

Honestly their musculature is pretty similar, Brock just has a much bigger frame.

After having now fought multiple guys who popped for illegal substances without any support from the UFC, I'm sure he's tired of it. He just lost a fight against a guy who wasn't clean, who had taken substances that were against the rules. He feels he should be compensated for signing a contract that states both fighters must be clean, but then having to fight an unclean fighter, yet again, and not be compensated/properly backed by the UFC.

Personally I agree with him. Send half the dirty fighter's pay to the clean fighter and turn the win to a no contest.
Mark should be grateful to Brock for carrying to the biggest payday of his career.

I agree with others that there should be financial penalties for those who pop peds, but there should also be a limit on it.

Imagine if Conor popped in one of his fights and his opponent got 5-10 million of his purse because of it. But meanwhile a fighter on the undercard gets popped and his opponent gets 6k. Theres no logic to it.

A significant ban is what is really needed, not one of these 6 months banned that are backdated to the piss sample and doesnt really effect fighters who fight twice a year anyway.

As for Hunt, he's coming across as a bit of a tool. Yeah, he's every right to pissed off about fighting Brock on PED's, but he's took it to far with the UFC. I'm no fan of the way the UFC does things but in this case they have given Hunt a fantastic opportunity to make a name for himself. But he failed, and now needs to move on before he buries himself any further.

i personally believe mark has every reason to be angry.
imagine he suffered from brain damage or something.
Brock on PED's obviously can train much harder, is stronger and has more powerful punches.
If the UFC knew about brock testing positive but let the fight continue hunt should sue the hell out of them

But then again mark hunt did say he would punch brocks face off
