I hope Anderson undresses Franklin of his undeserved reputation in front of his home fans.

Winning alone means nothing, it's WHO you beat that makes you a legend.

Nothing in Franklin's fight history makes him worthy of his hype. If he beats Silva, that will be the first genuinely GREAT fighter Franklin has EVER beaten.

His record is padded with a whole bunch of nobody's and half-somebody's like Tanner or an old and tired Ken Shamrock.

Rich is the only draw the ufc has at 185? Please explain.

Why wouldn't you want the best fighter to be the champ? Oh i think i know why is it because rich speaks english and silva doesn't, so how could the ufc promote silva to americans when he can't speak english. IMO i don't care if you can speak english or not, it is whether your a better fighter and right now silva is the better fighter hands down.

Whether the thought is welcome or not, the truth about Franklin is: Franklin < Franklin hype.

I still say he's got a puncher's chance or if he lays and prays over Silva, he might pull off an upset. That's no validation of his supremacy, just a validation of his luck on that day.

Otherwise - 9.9 times out of 10, Anderson would beat Franklin...and that's why the baby needs the psychological home advantage to help him out. If Dana could step in the Octagon to help out Franklin, I'm pretty certain he would.
9.9 out of 10 plz tell me how u kno this for sure that is tottaly bogus stop with the 9-10 shit already

back on topic
i dont think franklin will win but he will put up a fight and who knos if this year has tought us anything is that anyone can beat anyone

He is very hyped and just doesn't deliver.
sad sad Rich Franklin.

Loses by a horrible (t)ko and then gets a weird stoppage by corner win over an up and comer then goes to decision with Okami. Meanwhile Anderson is killing everybody in his path.
