jeesus.. boxing is about the least exhausting form of combat sport.. REALLY sweet to watch, but people can seriously box for an hour straight and be fine. find someone who can grapple for an hour straight and he could make an ironman look like a complete *****.

umm no i think that is the complete opposite, grappling takes way less energy that striking, it isnt even comparable.
especially bjj grappling, doesn't take a lot of energy to just lay there on your back and fire off submissions.
as far as your opinion on Alexander, i would take it with a grain of salt considering the BS in the rest of your post
