Chris Leben Vs Rich Franklin

I believe that this fight could go down. Why? I believe Leben is the lead contender for Franklin's championship belt right now. He has suposedly improved his ground game, and he is still that 1 hit miracle type of guy. He has extremely powerful punches. His striking is top-notch. So, I think he is a top contender to fight Franklin. But, if he fights Franklin, I think Rich will most likely force the fight on to the ground and submit him.

Im a huge Leben fan,but he is not redy to step into the ring with Ace.He will end up like Nate Quarry.Leben is young let him finish his first UFC contract before he gets a title shot.

This fight would be a repeat of watching Arlovski pound on Cabbage and the referee finally stopping it.

Not to take anything away from Leben but look what happened when he fought someone with some experience(Silva), now Silva has a title shot, I'd be pissed if I was Leben but I think he should fight the winner of the Swick/Loiseau fight then title shot. JMO.

Leben/Swick 2 now that is a fight i would love to see.Chris caught Swick in the first fight and dropped him.Swick is alot better and Leben has felt what it is like to lose again so he will be ready.Hopefully that will be on a PPV card so they both can get some love from the fans.

Leben is a ballsy fighter but he is too slow to take on the likes of Franklin, maybe Leben should drop some weight and go down a division?
