Of course, you'd get the idea had you read between the lines of my first post.
i see what ya saying...

Big Nog will take this to the ground for a 2nd round sub. That is, if he effectively avoids knees to the groin.

Thats hilarious...you know Nog has never been finished in a fight right? Well, I guess if that happens you'll be the only one calling it.

Anyways, Nog will take Kongo down whenever and however he wants, pass his guard and submit him.

this looks like a stepping stone for Nog. he should pull off an easy sub. since Kongo has zero takedown defense. just makes me think the UFC wants Nog to be next in line to fight Randy, deservingly

that's why i love MMA, anything can happen.just when you think a fighter can't be KO'd, he gets KO'd. i know Nog has a hellava beard but i'm hoping Kongo can land that punch, kick, or knee that surprises the masses. if he has to land a couple a lil low to soften him up, i wouldn't mind.

I see no way that Nogueira loses this fight. I understand why people think Kongo will KO him but honestly Kongo has never KO'd anyone with a pluse and didn't get close to KO'in Cro Cop (unless the knees to the nuts count), or Silva.

Plus his TD defense is horrible his ground game is horrendous and if this fight makes it past the first round i will be shocked.

Nogueira armbar mid 1st.

Ya, the more I think about it, the less I think Kongo will KO Nog.

Then again, the least likely thing I thought would happen has happened in like my last 10 picks. Therefore I pick Kongo by gogo in round 1.

isn't Nog only 31? Anyway i see Nog winning this one, unless Kongo has dramatically improved his takedown defence and ground game.

Easy sub win for nog. at least I hope. The upsets have got to stop, or at least calm down a little. Kongo couldn't knock out any one worth a damn. Nog is a world class grappler and Kongo doesn't even know what jiu jitsu is (probably thinks its some kind of Chinese food) so Nog is gonna submit him in the first.
