Im glad to see this cuz I like Sherk but lie detector tests are honestly way outdated and shouldn't ever be used in any legal cases at all. There's tons of resources out there to help with controlling the heart rate.

There was an article in men's health recently about the over the counter suppliment producers adding low levels of steroids to their products. Apperantly they really want their customer's to see results and keep buying the suppliments.
If you saw all access Sean Sherk he was taking dozens of suppliment pills everyday. I think xience was sponsering him, and I beleive it was implied in the article that even reputable over the counter suppliments were "dirty" with steroids.
It falls under the same situation he was referring too though and despite it not having a judge and the makings of a traditional court room it could be considered a legal case.

It is also a completely different situation, since the commission is under no obligation to prove anything 'beyond a shadow of a doubt.' There is no independent jury. They could take Sherk's license away for no reason as easily as they could take it away for a valid reason. They could take Sherk's license away even if he was able to prove his innocence beyond a shadow of a doubt.

the commission who dictates "any fighter caught fighting with the use of illegal substances is subject to punishment" is stating a legal term.
