In the early sagas, up to the Freiza saga, they have those viewfinder things that measure people's fighting power, but they are not percentages, they are absolute numbers. In the Saiyan saga they are coming in around a few thousand at the beginning. Goku hits a few hundred thousand on planet Namek, and Freiza hits 1,000,000 in his first transformation. I think that around then the viewfinders break.

Of course, the fantastic thing is that every character in it subsequently becomes about 1,000,000 times more powerful than that. It's kind of like that episode of the Simpsons when Homer climbs that big-ass mountain, and he keeps looking to his right and seeing a mountain that dwarfs the one he just saw.

Can anyone tell that I like my cartoons?
So, where does the force factor in?

Demian Maia may be the Fred Astaire of jiu-jitsu, but it’s too bad Silva is the Gene Kelly of kicking everyone’s ass.

Wow Tito wants to heal up why is that a bad thing. There wa a thread earlier this week talking about fighters fighting hurt.

People give guys like Sylvia all sorts of shit for fighting hurt and now you give Tito shit for not fighting hurt.

I really don't say much when people defend GSP for doing the same thing Sylvia did. But honestly don't get mad at Tito for doing what you all told Sylvia to do which is heal up and fight 100% and don't make excuses.

I remember that MMAWEEkly did an interview with Tito in August and he was barely walking and wasn't training at all. If he doesn't want to fight in November back off the guy.

BTW Randy Couture isn't fighting till 2008 because he's shooting a movie why is no one mad at him.

I have to say by looking randomly at a few threads, the only posts i see from you are ones like this.. Completly non-mma related, or simply pointless.

If you want to find some people to argue with or correct people's "mistake" just for the sake of it, im sure there are plenty of forums that have that very purpose. And this one should not be.

haha... Good post Split, it's true! That guy loves to start arguments by replying to posts, picking them apart line-by-line and try putting other people down or questioning there intellect.

People are getting tired of your 'know-it-all shenanigans' jsvll.

I don't mind Tito taking time off and declining to fight Evans....actually I'm pretty happy about it since I'd like him to fight other opponents, he's fought too many re-matches in the last couple years already IMO.

It's not because of the movie. He has a broken arm and no one to face right now.

I agree 100%. It's getting pretty damn annoying... I was actually getting ready to say the same thing on another thread.
