Sherk puts the most work in the gym, and his cardio is EXCELLENT. It's hard holding grown men down, you have to be strong to do it.

penns problem if no one has seen it yet is his cardio. and sherk has the best cardio around. sherk will keep the pace fast and faster. not giving penn time to breath. and by 3rd round. tko.

but i would like to see a new champ. penn. if penn has worked on striking and cardio.

and can catch sherk with a quick submission. penn.

sherk has fought great bjj fighters. so bj will just be a little bit better than them. for money though penn. just because as a lightweight hes quick

I will say Penn would submit him in the 2nd round...I dont care if it lasts 10 seconds or all 25 minutes, I will take BJ over Sherk anyday...BJ all the way!

Sherk will do everything in his power to make this a 5 round snoozefest. BJ should win though.

I don't see Sherk getting subbed by anyone in the LHW division, he's got monster strength and he's got short limbs.

Maybe by choke if Bj can manage to get his back. Still I don't see Bj winning this one, maybe if he can match Sherks cardio and make it to a decision without being gassed and letting sherk peck at him for a win.
